Liked: The location is good and this is the only good thing.
Disliked: The reception was super rude and everyone thought he/she was the God. A man named Andrea refused my 4 year old baby check in because her info detail didn’t on the reservation. How could a baby has a phone and email? I asked where she go if she could not check in. He told us “she(my baby) can find another place to live.”. It was 10PM near train station. Avoid this hotel if you can!!! Also, they seemed to mistreat Asian people. You can check Google reviews for this hotel. At least 20 comments mentioned it.
Overall the hotel was an excellent location with all you need for a comfortable stay
Liked: The main driver for choosing the hotel was based on the close proximity to the train station. The room was clean and with all what you need for a comfortable stay.
Disliked: It would have been better if the breakfast with bit more offer and variety. For instance, I am lactose intolerance and I did not have an option for coffee.
Two night stay to visit Venice city on one day and then catch early train to Milan
Liked: Able to check in past midnight and Location opposite train station, so easy to travel to Venice city and then on last day take train to Milan

Liked: Great location across from train. Short 10 min train into old Venice. Room was large & very clean. Excellent breakfast was available.

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The property was exceptionally clean and lovely. I highly recommend staying here.
