Exceptional
Good location
Liked: Good location, the concept of everything was nice but mind you, it had not been finished. There were 3 rooms and one kitchen for all three rooms. We had good neighbours. The staff showed us everything and waited for us outside that was really sweet!
Disliked: The property wasn’t finished, we saw a mini kitchen in the pictures and thought that it will be fully functional but instead we wasted a-lot of money on buying ingredients to make some good food, that later on when we got to the kitchen we saw the stove was just put up and it was new and hadn’t been finished yet, the staff showed us the kitchen but he didn’t say the stove is not functioning. In our room there was no hot water i don’t know why and in the kitchen there was..? The rooms are close to each-other so you can hear everything but that wasn’t that big of a problem, but we woke up 2 nights at 3 am because of the trash cars… in the rooms there were type c and usb charging ports but they were pretty slow…
Liked: Staff is very helpful and good room and very good location
Disliked: All was good
Liked: We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation! The location is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the value for money was great. We needed an iron during our stay, and although there wasn’t one in the room, we contacted the staff and Samir, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. He brought us an iron and made sure every evening that everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. A big thank you to Samir for his kindness and excellent hospitality! We highly recommend this place, especially for its convenient location, good value for money, and the wonderful service. We would happily stay here again!

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and quite spacious, with very comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The location was also very convenient, making it a great place to stay. The only things we missed were an iron for ironing clothes and disposable slippers, which would have made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, space, and comfort of the apartment. With a few small improvements, it would be even better. We would recommend it to other travelers!
Liked: Excellent Value for Money – Highly Recommended! Everything was great! The location, cleanliness, safety, and price were all excellent. It was a perfect choice for our one-night stay in Venice, offering fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again whenever I return to Venice. Highly recommended!
Liked: Clean and tidy. The host Sabil was very accommodating and helpful.
