  Miserable a d shady business

  Liked: Honestly, nothing. If I could give it a 0 I would

  Disliked: They called on the morning of my arrival to tell me they had a broken door in one of my 2 rooms. They offered one room for 2 married couples. I said no thank you. We need 2 rooms. Upon arrival, they offered one room with 3 small beds, they had given our other room away. The room smelled of mold, was damp, beds small and completely unadorned other than 3 beds. The bathroom would not fit one person comfortably. Also, the gate to the property was broken so we were told we had to park on a side street which was unlit and along a highway. Rosa, promised a refund that we have been asking for for a month with no response from either the hotel or BOOKING.com. We lost all our money AND had to go find another place at 6 PM!

  Liked: It is close to the airport and mostly clean

  Disliked: The location is awkwardly close to a residential house that rents a room out with a similar name. Parking is along the street and entrance to the hotel was slightly confusing.

  If you value your time and money, stay away!!!

  Liked: nothing! - didn't get a chance because the hotel cancelled my reservation at the last minute, although I paid in full in advance

  Disliked: On my way to the hotel around check in time Rosa from the hotel called and cancelled my reservation, because she said she had some kind of emergency, She of course promised a refund as I have already paid in full, but almost a month has passed, no refund, no response to messages and not returning my calls!

  Liked: The owner/host would not open the gate to let me in to access my reserve reserved room. She was verbally abusive and left me stranded in the dark at her place, which was literally the middle of nowhere off of a busy highway because due to likely language/translation issues and the fact that she never gave me the name of the driver, I was supposed to meet. I ended up taking the wrong car from the train station to her facility. I apologize for the misunderstanding, and she called me a liar and literally was hurling abuses at me through the gate which she would not open and told me she did not want me to stay there and as I say, left me stranded at 73-year-old woman alone in the dark in the middle of nowhere in the city. I don’t know after I’ve been travelling literally all day long across the country to reach her place all of which she knew and persisted in wanting to misunderstand the situation and assume I was lying about my misunderstanding about the car that she booked for me. And by the way, the car she booked for me was actually going to be $16 more than the one that I ended up taking. One has to wonder why as her guest she would have me pay more rather than less than going rate. But that’s another matter entirely. I had to rely on the kindness of a stranger. I approached to get me to the airport so that I could find a taxi and another accommodation for that night at great expense to me. I expect to be reimbursed entirely for what I paid for this room and I would also expect that this host be censored penalized, and hopefully have her listing canceled. I have never had such an experience in my life and again in spite of numerous apologies on my part for the misunderstanding for which she was partially responsible, not having given enough information.

  I hadn’t read reviews for Fly to Venice, I wish I had

  Liked: Bed was comfortable.

  Disliked: Transportation to Marco Polo Airport was 50 euro a bit pricey for the short distance 3 minutes. Do not recommend breakfast at 10 euros not worth it. All in all although it was close to airport whatever money you thought you’d saved ended up costing more with 50 euro taxi drives.
