  Perfect family hotel. Stunning views

  Liked: Firstly it was easily accessible from the public ferry straight from the airport, dropping us outside the hotel - perfect. The property was stunning. We enjoyed the bars there and our children loved the icecream cart and macarons. Everything well laid out, lots of options for things to do in the hotel and our room - a family suite was massive. I liked the fact our children could sleep on the sofa bed in a separate room. Breakfast was included and was absolutely amazing for families, so much choice. The location was good, out of the busy area but easily accessed using the public boat buses and the hotel shuttle made everything very accessible. We also really enjoyed walking from the hotel, just down the canal, there are many places to eat and drink, without having to get transport. The staff were fabulous, remembered our names etc even after just checking us in, very helpful in organising airport transport and helping with directions around the city. A perfect place to stay in Venice, especially with a Family.

  Disliked: This is a minor issue and we didn’t attempt to get any help but we couldn’t get Netflix on the hotel rooms TVs. Take an iPad / laptop.

  Despite the couple of issues, an enjoyable stay

  Liked: Hotel is stunning, location is good if a little away from main centres and you require river taxi to access main areas of Venice. The hotel have their own shuttle boat, however they do charge a fee per person to use this

  Disliked: We had to change room due to the noise from adjoining room. This was not an issue with the people in that room, rather that there was no sound insulation between the rooms. The hotel did handle this very professionally The hotel charged us a cover charge to have dinner in their restaurant, very disappointing. Also the hotel charge for use of the WiFi, again very disappointing considering the cost to stay

  Great staff, great building but highly commercial and a bit of a rip off

  Liked: Lovely staff. Interesting historic building. Some of the rooms were nice. Lovely welcome surprise for my birthday

  Disliked: The hotel seems to put profitability before the customer experience. For example, it advertises a spa but that’s an additional $40 charge per person for 2 hours (on top of a very expensive daily rate). Whilst the building is lovely, the location requires constant transportation to get to the main island, which again results in additional charges.

  Liked: The view and location were excellent. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh food.

  Disliked: At checkout, I was initially asked to pay an additional €300, although I was actually entitled to a €250 refund for the remaining balance and deposit already paid. The receptionist kindly rechecked the details, confirmed the correct amount, and apologized.

Good to know

When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night.

Please note that the Spa and Wellness Centre is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access.

The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day.

The shuttle service costs EUR 18 per person per stay

In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID.

Please note that guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the Spa.

Pets up to 25 kilograms are allowed; a supplement of € 45 per stay applies.

Meal packages do not include the costs of children's meals.

Please note that on dates from 03 April 2026 to 26 July 2026, for 17 consecutive weekends, and on the following days: 06 April 2026, 27 April 2026, 28 April 2026, 29 April 2026, 30 April 2026, 01 June 2026, 02 June 2026, 03 June 2026, 04 June 2026, there will be limitations imposed by the Municipality of Venice regarding access to the city in certain time slots. Guests who stay at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice on these dates are exempt from the payment to gain access if they are in possession of the nominative voucher obtained following a successful “Request Exemption” registration by visiting the website https://cda.ve.it/it/Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A deposit may be required at the property.
