    Easy stay, clean rooms, recommended

Liked: It was a very easy stay at Lido, I recommend this hotel and I would stay again. It was close to the ferry and promenade with all the restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and everything worked as expected. I'm an OCD clean person and I was happy with the cleanliness of the room. Very cute with one's own balcony.

Disliked: The hotel does not have enough tables at breakfast, simply the breakfast room is not in capacity for the amount of rooms the hotel has. This is probably better in the summer time when people can sit outside as well, but in October the capacity inside wasn't enough. There was a lovely lady in charge of the breakfast hours and it was hard for her every morning to find enough tables for all the guests. I had to stand a few times in the morning waiting for a table, and if I did in turn arrive early and got a table, it was stressful to eat while looking at other guests waiting. A very fixable problem though – for example, more smaller two-person tables and smaller chairs. This was the only thing that bothered me, otherwise the breakfast was really good, and this problem wouldn't prevent me from booking this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel in nice location with friendly staff

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel in a nice location, near the Lido center but quiet. Several shops and restaurants as well as the boat services are nearby. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was lovely.

Disliked: Why can't hotels be transparent and honest regarding parking? Why didn't the hotel state in their information that parking costs 15 €/night?

    October Lido stay

Liked: Lovely hotel, excellent location- very close to vaporetto stop. All staff were very nice, always smiling and helpful. Also a big bonus was getting upgraded to a room with a balcony❤️

Disliked: The lighting in the room could have been better - the central ceiling light is way too bright. It could do with one more side light to make it feel cosier.

Liked: Firstly, a huge thanks for Emanuala for sorting out our request. Very kind indeed and hugely appreciated. She's a huge credit to the hotel and very professions indeed. Hotel building is stunning. Loved the views from our room too. Staying in Venice Lido is much better than on the mainland. Only a short Vaporetto ride away too. Takes about 8 minutes to get across to St Mark's Square. Room was exceptionally clean and perfect for us. Spacious and with a balcony. Like some reviews say, breakfast was the same selection every day. This is the case for 99% of hotels though. There was a reasonable variety of food types to choose from. Coffee was delicious. Staff at breakfast were friendly, professional and happy. For Venice prices, this hotel represents excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

    Disliked: I loved everything!

It’s a lovely hotel to stay at for a weekend

Liked: The furnitures of the room and the space, it was very big and comfortable.

Disliked: The interiors of the property are very outdated and need to be renovated. Unfortunately, the view is not very nice either.
