  Liked: Location was good but what you get for the price doesn’t match. Toilet flush was broken. Last room on the third floor. Elevator only till2nd floor. Floor corner was either dirty or some dampness.staff was good and friendly.

  Not that comfortable but handy!

  Liked: The location is quite handy for public transportation to the main island

  Disliked: this is one of the oldest hotel i stay, the building is old, and it is quite pricey in general.

  Excellent value for money and a great location, but disappointing housekeeping, service, and sleeping arrangements

  Liked: The hotel offers excellent value for money, with significantly lower prices compared to other accommodation options in the area. The location is excellent, parking is convenient, and the mattresses are very comfortable. Overall, a great budget-friendly option for visiting Venice.

  Disliked: Although we booked a double bed, it was actually two single beds pushed together that kept moving apart during the night, making it uncomfortable for a couple. We were also provided with a blanket without a proper duvet cover. On our second day, we left at 8:00 AM and returned at 7:00 PM after a long day exploring Venice, only to find that our room had not been cleaned. We only requested fresh towels, but after waiting 30 minutes with no response, I had to go downstairs and repeatedly ask the receptionist before finally receiving them. The staff were polite, but the service was inefficient and frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast we purchased on the second morning was very limited in variety.

  Liked: Convenient location, close to train station. Perfect for connecting to Venice.

  Disliked: Because it is on the south side of the station it felt a little disconnected.

  Great location and good value fot money

  Liked: Great value for money! This hotel was conveniently located close to the train station and very easy to reach. The location was perfect for exploring Venice, as we could be on the main island within 20 minutes of leaving the hotel. A great, affordable option for anyone wanting to visit Venice without paying the high prices of staying on the island. Would definitely recommend!
