  Liked: Stayed in this hotel for four nights in September. Location was very convenient for us, elderly, however, active couple. The walk from the Rialto Alilaguna's and vaporetto stop with the suitcases was about 7 minutes, just as described by other travelers and AI. All members of the hotel's staff were pleasant, courteous, and attentive. They answered all our questions thoughtfully and honestly. Gave a few valuable recommendations re restaurants and stores. Our room was impeccably clean and refreshed every day (including towels change). Same applied to the breakfast room. The level of noise was untraceable considering the central location and a few restaurants around. AC worked with no issues. We both glad that we chose this hotel for our trip to Venice.

  Liked: The property is in a fantastic location, so easy to get to from the sea taxi, no steps to the hotel. Breakfast is great and the staff are friendly
