  The room facilities may be upgraded

  Liked: Breakfast is not into the mark but the service lady tried to her best

  Disliked: One of the reception boy is very much ill behaved.

  Liked: Very convenient and central location. Lots of restaurants and station near by. The staff were friendly.

  Disliked: No AC but had portable fan in the room. The bathroom was a bit small and awkward due to the layout.

  Liked: Location,

  Disliked: Very basic amenities are not there, there was no glass in the bathroom to wash mouth, no cup or glass in the room to drink water. Shower head was so weak..

  Great location and nice staff

  Liked: Very close to water taxi and train station

  Disliked: The beds was very uncomfortable and the breakfast was expensive, it is less expensive to go across to the bakery

  Liked: The location was brilliant less than a 10 minute walk from where the bus drops you off and in heart of the place. The staff were so lovely on checking in and checking out and very nice welcoming every time we went into hotel.

  Disliked: The shower had mould and rust. a bug was on wall the whole three nights we were there and wasn’t cleaned. For the interior and cleanliness of the hotel it was pretty expensive
