The location is excellent, but the cleaning, maintenance, and noise insulation need improvement
Liked: The hotel has a very good location, close to main attractions. It’s convenient for exploring the area.
Disliked: There were several issues that affected my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, with smashed mosquitoes on the walls and ceiling. There was no hot water in the bathroom, even after waiting for 10 minutes as instructed. In addition, the surroundings were quite noisy, making it hard to rest.

Disliked: Very dated needing a lot of work. Walls needed painting, furniture upholstery was stained, had issues opening the door to get in to the room. Commode seat was broken. Sink took a long time to drain. The drain in the shower popped out. Curtain wasn’t big enough to cover the window so no real privacy! No one responded to our calls or text regarding the lock on the door.
Not recommending this place
Liked: The location was ok - close to train station and away from the crowds at Piazza San Marco.
Disliked: The air conditioner didn't work well. It was very uncomfortable sleeping. The bathroom sink did not completely shut off. The shower was usable but broken. The staff did not seem to want to help us when we messaged them about these things. Not an impressive entrance and common area.

Very disappointing accommodation
Disliked: Entrance was dirty and the stairs are positive dangerous. There's was no hot water on arrival, although this was remedied the following day. However, the towels from the last guests were still drapped over the shower door. The cleaner was due to come in the following day, but when we arrived back the beds were still unmade, the old towels were still there and the floors had not been cleaned, evidence by large dead daddy loglegs still where it was when we went out
