Very good
Sufficient for a short stay. Great, friendly staff
Liked: Excellent front desk staff. Especially Emiliano who was very friendly and helpful with any of my concerns. The lady who checked me in was also very nice. Sadly I can't remember her name.
Disliked: The breakfast was very basic. And there was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. ( Which I couldn't see, although I did look everywhere. ) This surprised me for the price paid. Even basic cheaper hotels have this. This is supposed to be a 4 star property. 🤔
Liked: The location is great, close to the station with many trains into Venice in 10 minutes.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were hard which I didn't find comfortable to sleep on.
Good position, but no heating (October end)
Liked: Good place to go to Venise, by train (one stop) or bus. Nice room.
Disliked: Room at 21 Celsius, cold for me ( outside down to 7 degrees, end October).
An affordable place to stay in a convenient location with easy access to transportation
Liked: The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel to Venice by train. The room was clean, and the parking area felt safe and secure. Parking is available for €10.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was limited, and the bread wasn’t particularly tasty.
Liked: The renovated room was ok. The location near the Venezia Mestre was good.
Disliked: We first got room which was old and dirty. We complained about it right away and got renovated room which was ok. Breakfast was not four-star-level. The cleanliness and coziness of the common area were low.
Liked: For the price the room is overall worth it.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet is a shame.
