Fair for the money
Liked: The food was delicious, but the choices were very limited and sadly, there was no fruit. The waitresses were very kind. The room was big and comfy, though the lamps was kinda weak(not good for reading or similiar activities)
Disliked: The food choices could have been better and bigger and cleaner bed blankets
Location is very good, hotel is old fashioned. Do not book rooms on the first floor.It is bad manner

Disliked: On the first night, we were placed on the ground floor. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the rooms, the windows wouldn't open, and it wasn't clean. There was even someone's sock under the bed! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had while traveling. When I showed the receptionist photos from my booking, they claimed that these were just "Booking.com photos" and didn't reflect reality. I was shocked and very angry that they tried to shift the blame onto Booking.com. The next day, we were moved to the third floor, where everything was fine.

Disliked: My room didn’t have any view. It was the ground floor and windows were looking at a very close wall. Also it was noisy because of the room’s location on the main corridor. The facilities were clean but some needed repair like the shower door.

Disliked: The hotel is a complete disaster: extremely dirty, and the staff behave as if you were speaking to Mussolini himself. You can feel a racist attitude in the way they treat you. They are not helpful at all. I requested an extra bed for my baby, but instead, they provided a sofa covered in mould and dust, which was absolutely filthy. The room itself is in a terrible state of disrepair. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
