  Liked: A comfy room in a good location.

  Disliked: The external bathroom wasn’t great. At night, we could hear visitors in other rooms in the property.

  Great location. Clean facilities and riendly staff

  Liked: The location was great and the staff was friendly. The facilities were super clean, including the shared bathroom.

  Disliked: The shared bathroom was not available sometimes because in use by rooms that had a private bathroom.

  Perfect stay for a couple, in an great location in Venice

  Liked: The terrace and free coffee was a lovely addition. The staff were friendly and helpful giving advice on where to eat. Perfect location.

  Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again

  Liked: The location, the friendly staff, and the effort made to keep the place clean.

  Disliked: The room felt dated and had a stale smell. Some parts of the walls were already peeling off. The hotel is located on the top floor of a four-storey building, and the entrance leaves a poor first impression. After passing through the access doors, you have to walk through a rather unwelcoming ground-floor area before reaching the hotel. Overall, the initial impression could be improved considerably.
