  Liked: Unit was nice. Very clean. Was in a good location. Loved hearing the church bells from the unit.

  Disliked: The front door lock was very challenging. Had difficulty getting in and out of door. Because our flight had been late, our host couldn't meet us to explain how to work the door.

  Liked: The location close to the train and bus stations were great! Within 10 min walking distance. The space was clean and provided all necessities for a short stay! Even coffee, sugar, and cooking essentials for a quick and easy breakfast before venturing out into the city. The area was close enough to the busiest areas, but quiet enough at night that we weren't kept up all night. The bed was clean and comfortable, with a nice quilt and fluffy pillows. Although we were comfortable without, fans were accessible. There was also a central AC/heat unit, though we barely used it. Our host, Nicola, met us at the apartment when we arrived to welcome us to the city, provided a brief tour of the space, and offered some reccomendations! He was very friendly and communicated timely thru messages, should there be any issues (there were none) or questions! Should Venezia be on our next itinerary, Nicola's space will be at the top of our list to book again!

  Disliked: A few more cooking utensils in the kitchen would be nice! There was only one large spoon.

  close to everything

  Liked: the apartment is small, and uses every cm of it. It is located in a bit calmer area of Venice, in very old building, but interior is modern, it is close to everything close, shops, restaurants, water buses. the kitchen is also equipped with the essentials, if you prefer to cook. Nicola also provided some basic information to us, which is helpful for those who come to Venice for the first time.

  Amazing place to stay!

  Liked: Centrally located, walking distance all the main places. It was neat and comfortable! Nicola was really helpful! Helped us get our luggage up and also organized a Fan on a busy despite having aircon as it was very hot and I just needed that extra bit of comfort and he went out of his way to help me out. Communicate was amazing, he was waiting for us at the door step and explained everything in detail. 15 out 10 for hospitality. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Sofabed was completely comfortable as well..

  Disliked: Nothing to not like. 10/10
