  Liked: Location is excellent, in the heart of Viterbo. The bed was very comfortable. Like the personal touch of help yourself to a light breakfast, pastries & cakes, coffee & orange juice.

  Beautiful property and great value for the money

  Liked: The location is perfect. You are within walking distance to all the cool things in the city. Check in was really easy. The owner is very professional and kind. He let me check in early because the room was available. Great day, I wish I knew about this sooner.

  Loved the location on a very charming piazza!

  Liked: I stayed in a large, lovely room, and having access to the kitchenette to make coffee was very welcome. The staff were very good at communicating the codes to get in and responsive to questions. The location is excellent—in the center of town, on a wonderful piazza with great restaurants.

  Value was okay but room was noisy and bed uncomfortable. Will try another place upon my next visit to Viterbo

  Disliked: Basically a three room apartment with all three rooms being changed to bedrooms with bathrooms in very close proximity to each other. Nice kitchen as well stocked with coffee etc and common to all three bedroom. Noise from other two bedrooms was excessive and a quiet time was not respected by the two families in those two other bedrooms. At one o’clock in the morning I had to literally get up and knock on the door of the noisiest asking them to be quiet. Thank God they did. Room also has a small cube refrigerator which was noisy but we could not turn it off because we had perishables in it. The worst part however was the flimsy thin and hard mattress. Very poor quality. Tossed and turned all night. Location excellent.
