Exceptional
Run down home rather than boutique hotel
Liked: The property looked beautiful at first glance but is not well taken care of and pretty run down. But the location is nice, plenty of car parking space and close to the beach. Breakfast service was nice.
Disliked: Things were broken, like plugs for sinks and bathtub. Toilet flush kept coming off. The shower curtain in my bathroom had mould spots. The terrace window would not lock and for a ground floor room that is very dangerous. We didn’t feel safe sleeping at night in case of a break in. Some staff not professional because I saw one man sleeping in the lobby.
Wished we had had a better room
Liked: Excellent position within walking distance of the Medina and harbour
Disliked: Was disappointed with the room we stayed in for 3 nights. The room looked out onto the side of a building. There was an electric plug hanging out of the wall making it unusable. The room felt shabby and not one you would want to spend any time in.
Catastrophic

Disliked: The situation is quite poor. Private parking spaces sit on the public street. Breakfast was inexpensive but offered no variety. The rooms had deteriorated. Mold and a loose toilet lid were present. The air conditioning was so loud that it seemed to mimic rain outside. I could have added more, but I am deeply disappointed. Please choose any other location.
Liked: It is a beautiful property and we had a lovely spacious bedroom. The pool area was wonderful.
Liked: Very close to the beach (200 m). Nice garden and interior decoration. Good breakfast. Parking on the street in front. Medina is 1.8 km away, but nice stroll along the beachfront.
Disliked: We stayed im room no. 1 which has poor soundproofing to room no. 2. Fortunately, we had reasonably quiet neighbours.
Charming and welcoming riad. Great location
Liked: Charming and welcoming Riad. Grounds are lush and maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Disliked: Insufficient working power outlets. Wifi a bit tricky.
