Fabulous
Liked: Good location, clean apartment with two bathrooms. Spacious living room.
Disliked: One of the beds was broken. One bedroom had no AC. There was AC in the living room which has two beds but it was a large room to cool which wasn't ideal
Different apartment from the one advertised, insufficient beds for our group, and several maintenance issues
Liked: Very little. The main reason we booked this property was the apartment shown in the listing, which was not the apartment we received.
Disliked: The biggest issue was that the apartment we received was not the apartment shown in the listing. We booked this property specifically because it appeared suitable for six people and showed enough beds for our group. Upon arrival, we were given a different apartment where only four people had proper beds. Two members of our group were forced to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa. When I questioned this, I was told that the apartment shown in the photos was already occupied and that we had been assigned a different one instead. This was extremely disappointing. We booked and paid based on the photographs, layout, and sleeping arrangements advertised. If the advertised apartment was unavailable, we should have been informed before arrival and given the option to cancel. The shower drainage was also not functioning properly, causing the bathroom floor to flood after use. We were additionally disappointed to find that the swimming pool was closed. Overall, the accommodation provided did not match what had been advertised and paid for.
