  Disliked: Upgraded on arrival, but room was dated and close to the elevator, with lots of load passing traffic. Lots of Pidgeons were very prominent in the morning at the pool

  Over all it is a good hotel to stay

  Liked: Specious room. Comfortable bed, good size of bathroom. Reasonable breakfast.

  Disliked: I felt reception staff are under pressure and the look on their faces were tiring and frustrating! They are always struggling with paper work rather giving attention to guests requirement. I think besides the front office, they are made to work in back office as well. They rarely smile! If you need anything you need to come down, as they never attend the phone. I don’t blame them!, but the managment.

  Liked: The hotel has just gone completely refurbishment and beautiful. The staff are great very friendly especially the receptionist they’re all very helpful

  Disliked: Hotel is very central. It’s literally 10 minutes from the old Medina and it’s great Transport from The is great just a pleasant hotel to stay in.

  We were happy here, it's an ageing hotel but safe and welcoming

  Liked: Mostly friendly staff and a good location. The rooms personnel and reception were great, F&B always seemed a bit too busy to help

  Disliked: The specialist restaurant was closed, and the buffet was ok but dominated by coach groups so we had to accept a small table outside.
