Liked: Location was perfect, it’s near the Madina and central to Fes,the room was spacious and clean with a large mirror for the ladies and lots of accessible plugs, the beds were comfortable the noise from other guests was minimal to be honest it was quiet throughout the day and evening, the breakfast was good with great coffee and a good selection. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, its was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend to others!

  It was a wonderful experience

Liked: The property is very conveniently located, making travel to and from it both easy and comfortable. The amenities provided were excellent, and the rooms were clean and well-organized. The breakfast served was sufficient for each guest. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering support with everything we needed; we even enjoyed some warm, engaging conversations with them. This is definitely a hotel I would choose to stay at again—thank you for everything! I’d like to send a special greeting to Faruk. If your travels take you to Fes, I highly recommend staying here, where you can chat with Faruk in person and discuss all the details in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Great Location and Value for Money, but Uncomfortable Beds

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore Fes. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was very good value for money.

Disliked: The main downside was the bed and pillows, which were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. More comfortable mattresses and pillows would make a big difference to the overall experience.
