perfect, home!!!!
Liked: its located at the heart of the medina with many little restaurants and shops near the famous blue gate. the staff is very friendly and helpfull and make very nice breakfast. visit this place for many years now and it always make me feel like coming home. the riad is build in old morrocan style and when you walk out of the door you are inmidiatly in the heart of the medina. the rooms have very good climate control and beds, if you have any questions, the staff will do anything to help you. looking already forward for my next visit here, inshallah. It is tucked away in the lively old Medina of Fez, but it is quiet and peaceful inside.The StaffThe staff are very kind and welcoming. Any time I had a question or a small problem, they were quick to help. They made me feel safe and cared for every day.The RoomThe room was very clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well after a long day of walking through the city.SummaryI highly recommend this Riad. It is a great place to stay if you want comfort, great service, and a true taste of Fez.
Liked: The location is just a stone throw away to the market lane. Also the route to the riad is wide and flat, easy to carry our bag. My parents has no problem walking, it just that the staircase’s riser is quite high it need stronger knee. I like The ambiance, the facilities that we can dry our clothes on the roof top, the decorations. Our first room has problem with aircond but they provide us with the fan. We coped to it because of the good rate of the hotel. And they able to change our room to the one with a/c the next day. They also let us use the kettle to boil water for our hot drinks. Ameena and Anas were kind to us too. Thank you.
Disliked: The toilet clog, both my parents’ and our room. and they said its normal In an old building. We have trouble to take shower. Hope they will rectify the matter sooner so they will provide better services.
Liked: A wonderful place in a good location, with very welcoming people.
Disliked: i made a booking, then a couple hours later i was asked to cancel the reservation bc the room was supposedly double booked.
