Exceptional
A disappointment for Moroccan standards
Liked: Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous Beautiful terrace. They made sure we got parking as close as possible to the hotel.
Disliked: Sadly the rooms were fairly dirty with dirt from the last guests. Floors never wiped in the 3 days we stayed there. Smell of drains was intolerable. White towels extremely brown. Lots of noise from outside but that was understandable due to the location. Just a little maintenance and cleanliness would make a huge difference.

Magical…we saw and experienced everything we wanted and more thanks to the wonderful staff
Liked: The location was great to get to everything we wanted to see in Fez. The staff were beyond fantastic and so accommodating.
Disliked: You have to take it for what it is, an older building in a very old city…stairs instead of elevators, walking instead of driving, etc. If that is what you are looking for, you’ll love it. Otherwise, you may want to visit a different city.

The best place to stay in fes!
Liked: Loved everything! Location fantastic - right by a gate makes it super easy to get to via walking and taxi. The staff! They treat you like family. Really. Whatever you need, they are happy to help with. Need money exchanged? They got it. Need a grocery run? They got it. Need a tour or taxi, they got it. Best service I’ve had in a very very long time. The whole place is beautiful. And the breakfast is fantastic. I spent 10 days and I didn’t want to leave. It’s such a relief knowing that you have people who are there to help you while in a new country. Beds a good. Shower has excellent pressure. Air conditioning works great. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
