Exceptional
Excellent stay!
Liked: It was a small Riad but our room was spacious! The service provided by Rabie was excellent. Breakfast at the roof top was awesome! We booked the Airport transfer from the Airport to the Riad but had issue with the driver. Rabie was helping to fix the issue which made us felt better! He also asked his staffs to help whenever needed e.g. guided us the way to the restaurants and Hammam just to make sure we didn’t get lost. Rabie made us feel like at home and he was always very responsive. We love the stay and will definitely come back again!

Home away from home!
Liked: The riad is situated in the Medina, so everything is close. Catherine, the owner is very considerate and arranged all our excursions (group of 8) down to the last detail. Not only that, but she also keeps a close eye on things and checks that everything has gone to everyone’s satisfaction. We had a dinner with Moroccan food at the riad and it was the best we had; very delicious 😋. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Liked: The terrace is very nice. Staff was responsive, helpful and friendly. They even upgraded the room for free because as it was available.

The staff and owner were so welcoming
Liked: The property is lovely and quaint. There is a nice rooftop to enjoy. We arrived in the early evening to a pre-ordered delicious dinner made by the staff. Breakfast was amazing too. Catherine, the owner, was extremely communicative be for our arrival. She arranged transport from the airport along with a last minute walking tour thought the Medina. We felt super safe and cared for during our stay.
Liked: We spent 2 wonderful nights here. Everything was perfect. Location was great. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Spotless clean. Very nice staff. We also had dinner at their place and it was very good. We had a guided tour with a recommended guide and it was very interesting.
Great value with personal attention at a good and easy to find location
Liked: Perfect location close to the Blue Gate with great service in a cosy and homely atmosphere! Catherine, Latifa, Rabie and Sa’ad ensured we had a great stay in Fes. Oscar the cat provided the cherry on top.
