Liked: Exceptional Host and Staff: The host, Mohammad, was proactive and responsive from the moment of booking, ensuring all questions were answered and arranging a station pickup. The caretaker, Fatima, was exceptionally sweet and attentive, providing meals and assistance throughout the stay. Comfortable Accommodations: The Riad is spacious, and the assigned room provided a comfortable and adequate space. Prime Location: Located inside the old Medina and just a 5-minute walk to Bab Guissa, allowing guests to easily reach everything on foot. Safety and Awareness: The location is noted as safe, with a practical reminder to stay aware of surroundings and interactions.
Disliked: Outweighed by the Positives: The exceptional service, wonderful experience, and the incredible hospitality of the staff completely took center stage over any minor flaws. Overall Impression: It’s a testament to how satisfying and memorable our stay was thanks to the host Mohammad and Fatima
Liked: The place was really lovely and quiet with very kind hosts. Pretty Riad, strongly recommend it
No breakfast before 9:30!
Liked: The building is 500 years old. The doors to the room were impressive. We arrived late, everything was closed, the host brought some hot soup, which was very nice of him.
Disliked: The host told that breakfast is possible only at 9:30. We stayed 3 nights and had to leave to the tours earlier - we haven’t got any single breakfast. No take away food was offered. We understood that breakfast time is deliberately made too late to avoid serving food to the guests.

Disliked: They put me in a windowless room in the ground level, besides the fact that it’s claustrophobic and without natural light there is no air circulation so with the dust i had a bad allergic reaction Also the second day no breakfast was served even though you pay extra for the breakfast, it’s not included in the reservation also with no explanation I just hang in there from 9:30 to 11 with no one from the staff around, when i contacted the owner he told me an hour later: sorry the lady is sick, no refund was proposed.
