  Disliked: The description and photos are misleading. I booked mainly for the swimming pool and the gym to have some relaxing time. It turns out that you can not use the indoors swimming pool as a family as men and women have separate pools. The place is very outdated and the swimming pool was disgusting and dangerous. The gym and swimming pools are used by the public through memberships so it can be too busy/noisy. The room is not well maintained and the location is terrible. I had to cut my stay short and left a few hours after arriving.

  Liked: The only positive aspect of this property was the staff, who were accommodating and genuinely tried their best to deliver good service despite the challenges of managing an aging and outdated hotel. Unfortunately, the property’s overall condition significantly detracts from the guest experience.

  Disliked: Despite advertising secure on-site parking, guests are forced to park on the street. The rooms are outdated, with extremely rough bed linen that staff admitted was the only option available. The property sits above a sports center, with loud music until 8 PM and constant foot traffic throughout the day. Breakfast is equally disappointing. Although served from 6 AM, items are not replenished, leaving guests arriving around 10 AM with whatever is left

  Liked: Located in a nice neighborhood to experience the Moroccan neighbourhood. All the facilities at the hotel are just brilliant. From an outdoor swimming pool to a warm indoor pool with a modern gym facility. Rooms are spacious very clean and modern shower facilities. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
