The best hotel front desk manager- Hajiba Ardan!
Liked: Location was steps away from the Medina and very central. Staff was extremely helpful and always available
Liked: Hotel is conveniently located and is a short walk to the medina entrance. Staff was very friendly and very responsive. We used their laundry service. They have an elaborate breakfast buffet on the rooftop restaurant. The bistro served excellent pizza and pasta for dinner General manager, Mrs Ardan Hajiba, took interest to ensure our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: We did not have any negative experience.

Liked: The hotel is two minutes walk from the Medina  There is a very secure car park in the basement Staff were very friendly Great breakfast Moroccan tea and traditional biscuits served on my arrival Good air-conditioning in the rooms Mrs Arden Hajiba the hotel manager was very helpful in organising restaurants advice on sightseeing
