Fantastic hotel good location free parking
Liked: The staff, super friendly. Comfortable beds and fantastic Restaurant. Absolutely coming back in winter time.
Disliked: A minder thing shower head comes loose needs to be fixed. I had to hold it while taking a shower.
I'm not planning to stay here again
Liked: Location is nice and reception was very prompt. The pool was across the street. It's a good addition and I enjoyed that.
Disliked: This hotel is very dated. The room condition is very poor. Air conditioning was not working well. They did not have soaps and toiletries in the washroom until we asked. They still have a lock and key system. The room's was not comfortable, it seemed like someone smoked in the room, very strong odour in there, although all rooms are non-smoking. In the lobby there were people smoking and really ruined the enviornment. The buffet breakfast was not very... It's a very boring menu considering the cost. I know they wanted to keep that traditional style of Fes, but the rooms should be better. The tub was really old and unsafe to get into and the water would spill out.

Disliked: Wouldn't stay here again, restaurant staff were ok but reception staff were not so personable, a bit stern faced, which was strange for we expected to get the famousl hospitable Moroccan welcome. I suppose we were the wrong skin tone!?

Disliked: The pool want working on both days I stayed. I was told 2 different prices for dinner.

Disliked: Mail thing: the receptionist insisted that we had to hire a tour through the medina. 40€ for two people. When the guide arrives, it was 40€ for the guide plus 40€ more for a taxi to drive us. It was easy being honest from the beginning and not feeling scammed and putting us in the situation to cancel the tour.
