Exceptional
Liked: has spa; nice breakfast area
Disliked: air conditioner’s heat mode not working for me
From the start to finish the staff was so lovely, we had to leave before breakfast, so they made us a breakfast to take
Liked: The Riad looks so gorgeous and has the wow factor, the staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was just luxurious and reasonable priced. I would stay there again.

A well presented Riad with friendly staff
Liked: The room was a great size, nicely presented and had a comfortable couch. The dining/reception area at the centre of the Riad was large, light and well presented. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.
Disliked: A periodic insect fumigation treatment was undertaken during our stay, which meant we didn’t have access to our room. We were not advised prior and this affected our plans.
Liked: The location of Riad Zamane was absolutely clutch at the end of a long day.with luggage. I feel as though we dodged a bullet when considering other accommodation. Essentially the Riad was located just 40-50 meters down a arrow straight street from where cars are able to stop and park. This made mobilising an absolute cinch while still being right there when you are ready to venture deeper into the medina. This was the second Riad we have stayed at in Morocco, in this case we were very impressed by the opulence. We were a bit space deprived by the time we arrived and it was a huge relief having some room to spread out. The roof top area is very nice and had some comfy chairs. We were able to watch the sunrise from here. Same can be said for the interior courtyard. The staff handled everything with aplomb. We were impressed by the gentleman with the shades and the night manager who were able to accommodate our every request. Before checking in a lady named Fatima was assisting with some of my enquiries, turns out she doubled as the masusse and my wife established a small rapport with her. Before visiting Fes we were a little apprehensive. Turns out there was nothing to worry about at all, but the contrary. I feel as though Riad Zamane delivered the quintinessential inside outside contrast of Fes and the experience met my best expectations.
Disliked: One gripe was that the drain water was backing up from the shower. I think a visit from the plumber with the snake tool was in order. I forgot to mention this to the property on departure so my bad. Certainly nothing that would spoil a perfect stay
Splendid Riad
Liked: Such a beautiful riad with fabulous charm and character. The staff were super helpful with a wonderful breakfast. The upstairs terraces were also a delight. Had a large suite for four so good value.
Disliked: Nothing.
Fabulous stay, stunning Riad!
Liked: Riad Zemane was an oasis in the desert after two months of traveling. Our room was enormous, beautiful and we had a stunning ensuite bathroom. Staff were delightful and could not be more helpful. Breakfast was terrific. Overall we loved it so much we are planning on coming back. Kudos to the team for the amazing high standard.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
