Exceptional
A wonderful stay with the loveliest hosts and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended! We would definitely love
Liked: Everything was perfect! The accommodation was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming and hospitable. They were also so lovely and kind with our little one, which made us feel even more welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: Honestly, nothing. Everything was wonderful and we have no complaints at all.

Liked: The most important was staff very helpful and courteous,property was well accessible to every attraction. Beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. Reception staff and the property manager went put of way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.
Disliked: Food menu choices were too limited and cocktails were not even available.
The hotel was a great introduction to the aesthetics and comforts of Morocco
Liked: The breakfast was pleasant with prepared omelettes. We came in a quiet time when we did not see many other guests, so the pool and the ground floor restuarant looked great but we did not partake. We ate on the top floor restaurant with a terrace that was a greaet place to sit after dinner to see the sun set.
Disliked: The construction in the adjacent lot was not ideal. There noise was not an issue for us, but travel in the immediate vicinity of the hotel was affected by the significant construction activity.

Uneasy stay
Liked: In general, though the personel was kind, the management was not open to suggestions or critiques. Also they do not respect what was paid. Can you imagine that beans' coffee was missing from the breakfast every morning, and half board dining on the new year eve was not available pretexting that the restaurant was taken for celebration forcing you to pay an extra of 2000dh to be served? Etc.
Disliked: The personnel was kind, but the manager irresponsible
