Exceptional
Liked: Manager Ahmed expecially kind and friendly. I like closeness to Medina. I like my room which air conditioning and good shower. Riad clean and host made me feel at home.

Excellent customer service, we will definitely be back here if we ever visit fez
Liked: Excellent communication and they came and collected us from the car so we wouldn’t get lost. Nice location and easy to go to the Medina and mosques and a nice roof to sit out in and see the rooftops

Worderfull place with nice staff and rooftop terrace, bausetifull inner courtjard
Liked: The place was amazing, it is more beautiful than in pictures
Disliked: The breafast was good, but the serving time was changing every day
We got the junior suite for the same price as a normal room and it was huge.so that was a bonus
Like traveld back in time
Liked: Host was really helpfull in any way, allways redy to help. Ryad is great and breakfast was good. Close to Medina and parking spot if you arrive with taxi, so you dont have to drag your luggage all the way trough médina.
