Attentive staff and charming Riad
Liked: What I loved most about Riad Alassala was the caring staff and the charm of the Riad. A special shout-out to Mohamed, who was incredibly attentive and helpful before, during, and even after my stay. I accidentally left a jacket in my room, and as soon as I had left, Mohamed tried calling and messaging me to let me know. By the time I saw his messages, I was already far away, but he went the extra mile and arranged for the jacket to be sent to me in Marrakech. The very next day, I had it back! This level of care and attention truly made a difference. Thank you so much, Mohamed, for being so thoughtful and going above and beyond. It is people like you who make a stay truly memorable!
Liked: It was a beautiful Riad, such good value with fantastic staff.
Fantastic, would definitely return
Liked: The Riad was excellent but the staff were even better - they accommodated all our requirements with a smile. Mohammed, Ibraheem and the rest of the staff were all amazing and the place felt more like a family home. Breakfast was amazing. Our room was a junior suite, we had a double bed, 2 singles and a seating area.
