Fabulous
Ok
Liked: Very pretty and looked authentic. The staff, he was nice.
Disliked: The owner made it very problematic with the payment and refused to charge us accordingly via booking. He demanded cash or pay with card for extra fees, more expensive for us. We struggled with this for days and finally booking reached out to him and said we were correct. He did not apologize for it, made the stay stressful.
Liked: Well I was very surprised by how big was the room and very clean and really amazing places and cool and Muhammad was very helpful with everything and very kind man made my breakfast on time and very good food and fresh tea 💙

Disliked: be aware that this is a Riad, not a five star hotel
Great service, clean and comfortable
Liked: I received a warm welcome from Mohamed, the staff person on site. He even took care of my laundry and brought a delicious vegan breakfast to my room. The riad is very beautiful, roomy and well maintained. The bedding was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's located in a clean and clean area just near the medina. This property is affordable, clean, comfortable. A perfect place to stay in Fes!
