Exceptional
Liked: Great location just inside the Medina, beautiful old building, impressive rooms. Nour was very helpful with tips for our stay. We were given an early breakfast on the morning we departed. A fantastic place to stay. Taxi access just a minutes walk away. One of the staff was always present to help us with directions.
Disliked: A little bit of confusion when we checked in regarding the number of rooms we had booked, a room upgrade was given for one of our party, all was fine thankfully.
Liked: The room was very spacious and the riad it’s very beautiful.
Disliked: We chose this riad because of the bath, but there was some trouble as at first there was no plug and when we asked one at the service desk it did not work properly.
A lovely stay with great charm and friendly staff, though a few small improvements would make it even better
Liked: The riad has a beautiful atmosphere and authentic Moroccan charm. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Fez. The room was comfortable and the overall stay felt relaxing.

Liked: Authentic Riad experience with warm greeting and lovely host. Very close to great eateries and the Medina.
Disliked: Very dim lighting in the room and lack of practical placed power points.
Liked: Khalid, Nour, Samih and Salah were amazing people. They are so helpful, kind, easy to communicate. I recommend this place.
