  Good breakfast/nice staff but worst sleep ever

  Liked: Lovely staff. Great breakfast.

  Disliked: Awful location in terms of noise. Shower drain blocked. Yuk. Could be cleaner

  Lovely stay - thank you Ayman!

  Liked: Ayman was a great host. We enjoyed our stay here including a good breakfast.

  Disliked: The shower head wouldn’t stay on the hook so had to hold it which is a bit inconvenient.

  Friendly and Warm Welcome to Fez

  Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that they came to where the taxi dropped us off and guided us to the Riad to ensure we didn't get lost. They offered recommendations for nearby restaurants and sights to see. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and very filling. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

  Disliked: Nothing. Everything was as expected or better.

  Old riad, excellent value for money

  Liked: Enormous room, easy to find, friendly, helpful staff. A lovely welcome with lots of information and a map. Excellent value for money. Beautiful old building.

  Disliked: The breakfast was poorish quality, awful coffee. Uneven, steep stairs. A bit gloomy. Slippery shower floor. No bedside tables or reading lights.

  Disliked: The rooms on the ground level had poor sound proofing because of the one layered wooden windows. Air circulation was a bit poor.

  It was wonderful

  Liked: My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here. It was honestly our favorite riad during our whole trip through Morocco. The women working there were incredibly kind and helpful, everything was spotless, the atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, and the whole place smelled amazing. The bed was super comfortable, everything worked perfectly, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was our last night in Morocco and we were genuinely a little sad to leave. If we ever come back to Marrakech, we would definitely stay here again. Such a wonderful experience and a truly beautiful riad. ❤️
