Liked: Beautiful riad with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Highly recommended!
Liked: We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was perfect, and the location is absolutely beautiful. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would be delighted to return.
Great riad in great location
Liked: Abraham was the absolute best. He did everything he could to make our stay better. You could see he was working very hard and ready to help with anything you could need. The owner was also a great host, and very welcoming. The breakfast was great and the location couldn't be better. Great shower, late hour tea, and AC for warming in the rooms. The bulding is beautiful and it has great decoration, a full riad experience.
Disliked: I think we were just unlucky. On the night we arrived, we were informed that due to heavy rain the room we had booked had some issues, so we were moved to a different room for the night. That room was supposed to be only for one night, but we ended up staying there for two. Unfortunately, it had a strong sewage smell and the AC wasn’t powerful enough for the cold. The first night the sewage also got clogged, but Abraham took care of it immediately and did everything he could to fix the issues. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work on our first night, but it was fixed the following evening. When we informed the owner about everything, he arranged an upgrade to a suite for our last night, offered complimentary breakfast for the last two days, and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience. Once we were upgraded, the suite was amazing. Overall, I think it was just bad luck at the beginning, but Abraham and the owner really tried their best to make our stay better, and we would still recommend this place.
Disliked: They were not expecting us. When I showed the confirmation I was told that they did not have a room for us. Believe me, this was very distressing for an elderly lady, after a long trip. They did though get us a cab to another hotel for the same price.
Liked: The room was well equipped, the bed was really comfortable. The staff is really helpful and friendly. When knowing that we had stomach problems they would always ask how we were feeling and helped to make us tea for digestion that we had. Breakfast is also heavy.
Disliked: There was no place to hang towels and air conditioner was not working fully.
