Family visit to Fez
Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ahmed & Omar were very attentive and good with our children.
Disliked: For us it was okay but older people may be better booking a room on the ground floor.
Liked: I had a great stay. Ahmed met me with my late arrival, offered incredible help with everything and was a delight to deal with. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and the breakfast on the roof terrace was wonderful. Easy to access and in a great location.
Disliked: There was a guy, the street over, cutting tile with a grinder until midnight. The Riad was great.

Liked: The staff is friendly though they didn’t answer calls and Watsapp messages.
Disliked: The family room is very small for 4 Pax the toilet and shower area really need some major upgrade. The blanket was not clean.
