Liked: Good location and breakfast was nice
Disliked: Bathroom was dingy. The place needs a make over. However for the price I paid it was value for money
Liked: We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Wafa was incredibly kind and helped us with everything we needed. Everyone was extremely welcoming and hospitable. To top it off, the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!
Liked: Staffs were so kind! On the second day we needed to leave the hotel early morning for the tour, and they made the breakfast to take away! Also they gave us a brief introduction about Medina and it helped us a lot to stroll around the city!
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late, and since all the nearby restaurants were closed, they opened their kitchen and made us a wonderful dinner on the rooftop.
Disliked: The place is hidden among small pedestrian streets, and the GPS was not working properly, so it was difficult to find. Be aware that some locals may offer to help you locate the address and then expect a tip afterwards.
