Exceptional
Liked: Omar was a really nice host. He was helping with everything he could and we could text whenever we needed something. He was always available.
Liked: Omar was a lovely and helpful host! We were really happy with the location and the rooms were well kept.
Disliked: We found the breakfast to be rather disappointing compared to what was offered at previous Riad's.
Very pretty hotel and would recommend anyone to go there!
Liked: The Riad was very clean and beautifully decorated. The ambience was superb, and has beautiful sprawling view of the medina. Breakfast was simple and local yet tasty and cooked freshly on site. Staff (Omar) were friendly and helpful with directions to local minimarkets etc. and tourist site, and also assisted with booking airport transfers.
Disliked: Although the Riad advertises that they provide gluten free meals, the breakfast meal had no gluten free options e.g. bread. This

Liked: We absolutely loved our stay in Touria Palace! The Riad was perfectly positioned and very affordable. But we can say the best part of our stay was Omar! When we got to the Riad he was very welcoming and helped us in anyway he could. He organised bookings for restaurants, tours, henna and hammam spas which was so nice! His wanting to help felt so genuine and we felt very cared for. Thank you so much Omar!
