Fantastic stay. Sorry to leave
Liked: Gorgeous property. Very convenient to get to. Go to Bab Ziyat gate and it is easy to find. 2 minutes or so. Super staff. Very comfortable room. Lovely place to spend a few days.
Lovely experience for the first time visiting Fes
Liked: Staff were very friendly, Manager very helpful with purchasing train ticket and other admin I had to attend to.
Disliked: No faults.

Genuine hotel staff
Liked: Lovely hotel staff, very comfortable stay. We hired a medina guide through the hotel but unfortunately had an uncomfortable, confrontational experience with the guide, and spent a good deal of the time in shops rather than seeing the history, despite specifically requesting a shopping free tour upfront for offering a good tip as compensation.
Disliked: Medina guide
Liked: The only issue is the Wifi, you dont get good connection on the rooms. Apart from that nice riad with excellent staff. Especially Mohammed very helpful and always smiling.
