Excellent location, building and hotel workers

Liked: The two Touareg guys running the hotel are very helpful and honest. You can ask them for anything. Location is excellent in the old town. Easily reached down one alleyway near a main street accessible by bus, taxi and car. Beautiful building.

Disliked: The guide (Mohamed) the hotel arranged for, show us loads. But. He was either a bit deaf or did not understand much English, German, French. He speaks English well. Also, our tour became a lot of shopping. And of course he made us eat at a tourist trap. The manager is usually polite, but not very active.

Just a few metres away from the old medina, nicely decorated and super friendly staff

Liked: This old family house has been turned into a nice Riad with beautiful decor. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

    Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Disliked: The hostel is fine, but I was scammed. I was charged three times the price of the room. I was repeatedly assured that the money would be refunded. Two months have now passed (this is how long I waited before writing this review, because I didn’t want to harm them), but given the situation, I believe I was scammed. I am not a millionaire; traveling to Morocco and visiting this ancient city required a real financial effort for me. Acts like this are precisely what tarnish the beauty of the country.

Liked: very nice and I like the riad, the bathroom was big and nice, the room was royal and clean. The staff was also very nice, two young men who helped us with everything, ordered a taxi. The breakfast was a normal local breakfast

Great value for money and Would recommend to people

Liked: The location, staff and facilities were great. The single staff member who was working whilst we were there went over and above. He made us breakfast before the set time as we had to leave the hotel early.

Disliked: The shower head needs replacing.
