Exceptional
Great value for money. Good location and amazing place
Liked: Staff was amazing. Want to highlight the reception staff that was really helpful and a true moment of honesty when I lost an important piece of jewelry, and the staff hold it for me till I arrived next day. Incredible attitude that easily could have gone missing, as it came out of my baggage by mistake, and they founded it lost in a public place. Fantastic!!!
A most memorable experience
Liked: Absolutely stunning from the architecture, details, colors, gardens, flora, small rooms of artifacts and collections to marvel upon, the breakfast, the staff, the cheerfulness, kindness, the birds, the peacefulness, the hamam and massage treatment a step away from your door! The nooks to discover. It’s an experience. Loved my stay at your heartfelt space. Thank you.
Gorgeous design and styling with great service
Liked: Great restaurant and hammam
Disliked: Nothing really though there were Lots of stairs.
Delightful stay in Fez Old Medina
Liked: The Riad is charming, intentionally designed to reflect old world Morocco but with all of the modern amenities. The interior garden is beautiful, and the Fez Café within is very good and convenient. All of the employees were very helpful.
Disliked: It is very hard to find your way around in the old Medina, especially since GPS does not work in many places there.
Good property, outstanding staff
Liked: The room only had one narrow vertical window in the bedroom, sort of like a prison cell. Truth be told we weren’t in Fez to hang out in our room.
Disliked: See above.
I would highly recommend and gladly come back
Liked: Beautiful environment, attention to every detail, amazing decor, peaceful and quiet. Restaurant also high quality and different from the rest of the medina.
Disliked: Breakfast was average compared to the level of the hotel and restaurant.
