Excellent
Liked: Absolutely everything, close to entry gate to medina so no long walking depep into the medina into tiny uneven laneways. Architecturally, property is perfect. No level Of detail overlooked

A good place to stay the staff for absolutely excellent, Siad who ran the Restaurant was top drawer as were the rest of

Disliked: The bed was the biggest drawback. The mattress was so saggy that’s one tender to roll out of bed on either side. The staff didn’t they’re very best, however the problem persisted.

Liked: It is a very authentic riad with beautiful interiors. A lovely oasis from the busy Medina.
Disliked: The beds were too firm and uncomfortable. We got house keeping to put mattress toppers on the bed but it only made a slight difference.
A lovely Riad
Liked: It was absolutely beautiful. The shower pressure was fantastic. The bed and pillows were like the ones at my own home. Senior employee made sure we had an early breakfast sent to our room before leaving the Riad.
Disliked: New employee needed more training and how to talk with guests.
Value for money not right
Liked: - the place is beautiful but definitely needs renovation/modernisation - good location
Disliked: - modernization required - breakfast needs to be improved (bad value for money) - staff sometimes seemed indifferent - no bottled water in the room (suite for four); needed to buy water in restaurant - spa was not open due to renovation
