It’s a magical oasis of calm and beauty that cocoons you as soon as you enter
Liked: It’s an amazing Riad and the best we have stayed at. You can’t fault anything!
Liked: What made our experience really special was Mohamed that was more or less in charge of everything we needed and we didn't know we needed. The hotel itself is a magical place with a beautiful story.
Disliked: the hammam experience was not matching the rest of the hotels standard and I was not happy with the price and quality of the creme and oil products I bought from the shop.
Great place
Liked: Beautiful property, tastefully decorated and full of character; attention to detail in every corner. What really makes the difference is the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, friendly and extremely helpful from the moment we arrived until departure. Their care, availability and discreet professionalism deserve a special praise and truly elevate the entire experience. Highly recommended.
Liked: The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond.
Disliked: The room was outdated and didn't really measure up to 5 star properties in the US, especially the bathrooms.
Liked: The room we stayed in (Laila Tam Suite) was beautiful, as was the rest of the Riad. Very peaceful and relaxing ambience, good location, lovely fresh food and great hammam. All the staff were extremely helpful, kind and generous - especially Houda who made sure we were well-looked after.
Liked: Spacious & luxurious suite, helpful & welcoming staff, great location in a quiet residential part of the medina a short walk from the souk
