Spectacular
Liked: The location is very good, easy to walk into town but far enough to be completely relaxed from all the noise and people. The breakfast was really good and the staff took good care of us. We could leave our luggage after checkout and could even sit in the sun on the terrace before going to the airport. They were very friendly and accommodating!

Disliked: We were nit given the room that was booked and there was ni compensation for that. I booked a queen bed and a bunk bed but they gave us 3 small beds instead

Liked: Extra nice staff, super relaxing and clean riad (smelled insane). it felt like a small paradise in noisy Fes. The breakfast was super delicious and generous, everything was perfect

Beautiful Riad in the Medina
Liked: The Riad itself is gorgeous. The staff (Mohammed & Mohammed) are lovely and helpful. Location is great.
Disliked: We had three nights booked in a “Deluxe family suite,” but the first night, we were allocated to the triple room (all twin beds) because the room we booked was not available. We had to pack again the next morning to move to the room we paid for. Both rooms were lovely. The second room we were allocated was on the terrace, which ended up warmer (but the AC was present and well functional). The Wi-Fi is good in the Riad but a bit patchy and partially working in our room on the terrace.
