Gorgeous riad in the old Fez medina

Liked: The Riad was amazingly beautiful. They've put a lot of work into it. The staff was wonderful, especially the manager. They go out of their way to be helpful. They want the guests to be happy and have everything they need. They also serve delicious Moroccan meals at a reasonable price. If we get back to Fez, we would absolutely stay there again.

Disliked: It's a little bit difficult to find your way in the winding streets of the Fez medina, but they are happy to provide a guide.

Very central Riad in heart of the Medina

Liked: Good rooftop restaurant and breakfast. Appreciated being escorted both ways from main street.

Disliked: Bedroom had no outside windows. Pool was rather small and in reception area so rather public.

  Liked: The decoration.

Disliked: The management was not for 5 star! The staff was not professional, not for a 5 star Riyad! The breakfast was not sufficient. Furthermore, the eating utensils were not clean. The bed sheets were poorly ironed; it was clear they had been washed and then placed on the bed without following proper procedure—it was shoddy and unacceptable! The establishment is rated 5 stars solely because of its decor. That is exactly what I observed.
