Exceptional
We stayed there one night. Overall the stay was wonderful and the staff were extremely accommodating and professional. W
Liked: Beautiful! The staff were excellence in service.
Disliked: The only gripe was there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. They tried to mask it with heavy spray or perfume in the room.
Beautiful public areas and overall initial impression but all other facilities need improving
Liked: The interior public spaces are spectacular to look at.Amazing mosaics and lovely authentic furniture. However the bedrooms and bathrooms leave a lot to be required. I appreciate its a historic building but these rooms need an overhaul.
Disliked: The staff were poorly trained and although they did their best, the service they provided was just adequate. We were only on Bed and breakfast basis but the food needed improvement to cope with an international type of clientele.

Stay in modern fez avoid the dirty Riads
Liked: have to stop you from booking a riad thats beautiful but filled with mold dust and filth, you will get sick. dont let the clean pool fool you, its always dirty. the food is a sick disaster, order out. owner could at least regrout the bathrooms and change shower heads and replace moldy carpeting. expensive but cheap. inside their Hammas is also a musty unhygienic disaster.

BEST RIAD IN FEZ
Liked: Great Riad! I recommend this Riad to anyone going to Fez. The architecture is stunning and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The food also was excellent and the staff were very responsive and welcoming. I will stay in this Riad again for sure:)
