Exceptional
Exceptional hospitality that made us feel right at home in Fez!
Liked: Our host was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our flight was delayed, but he patiently waited for us and met us at the Blue Gate to personally guide us to the riad. Since we arrived late, he even helped us order food and went to pick it up for us! His kindness and hospitality were truly exceptional. On our departure day, he arranged our transportation to the airport and personally walked with us to meet the taxi. He also kindly allowed us to relax comfortably at the riad after checkout while we waited for our airport transfer. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. It's rare to find someone so thoughtful, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile for their guests. We are incredibly grateful for his hospitality! If we ever return to Fez, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
Disliked: Nothing to complain about! We had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality.

Yes stay here!
Liked: Absolutely great place to stay, from the time of my booking they were immediately in touch, and very patient the thousand times I had to change plans. The riad is very easy to find. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The room was very spacious and the WiFi was fast enough to support my work, so I was easily able to work in the evenings

First choice in Fes
Liked: A very pleasant, clean, and comfortable riad located in the heart of the Medina. Everything is within easy reach. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a kettle and very comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, and the terrace is very enjoyable. If I were to visit Fes again, I wouldn’t even look for another place to stay.
Disliked: Nothing
