This riad is located at an excellent location
Liked: Location is excellent
Disliked: The facilities could have been better and more clean
Liked: The location was perfect to get around Fes. Staff were friendly. The room we had was a triple and upstairs. Plenty of hot water and breakfast fine.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have been given a hor drink on arrival, as we have been at every other place we stayed in Morroco. We had a long day. We had to pay for our mint tea.
Liked: Lovely! So clean, quiet, and fantastic staff. Would absolutely stay there again. Enjoyed it so much!

Disliked: SCAM. They tried to tell us the riad had no water, and suggested to be moved to other riads they own. After asking them for pictures they didn't show us them and started a very animated conversation with each other in arabic. Also they did not tell us in advance that there was no water, even though I messaged them 3 hours before to make sure everything was ok. We just booked something of our own and didn't pay. READ GOOGLE REVIEWES, THERE ARE PLENTY OF EVIDENCE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
