Exceptional
Superb location in the medina and very friendly owners
Liked: Location is excellent - difficult to get lost. Very near the new and save Parking Ain Azleten. We had two rooms on the ground floor - if you are upstairs it will be tough with your luggage. The one room was large - the triple room for the kids was a bit a bunker - low ceiling. Great breakfast on the terrace and lovely owners. Communication via WhatsApp very speedy. Great location for restaurants and shops for water / snacks. The owners are working on another Riad next to this one - we looked at the building works. I think this will be even nicer.
Disliked: The 3 person room was a bit claustrophobic and had one very tough mattress. Our shower was extremely smelly - had to keep the door closed. Is a plumbing issue I guess. And as mentioned: if you are on a higher floor, it will be tough with luggage though I am sure that the very friendly owner / son will help. Also if you have noisy guests you can really hear this - but this is the case in more open Riads, same as the mosque prayers. Part of Morocco.
Liked: Lovely hosts, location is perfect. The rooms are nice, beds are fine. The rooftop is lovely, breakfast there was good too!
Disliked: Bathroom was okay, but not too much water from the shower but no real issues really

Disliked: Booked room was a bit small (didnt see that from the pictures) but staff did their best to make sure our stay was as plasant as possible (even offered us bigger room for one night).

Liked: This place was amazing! We were treated like family and made to feel just at home. One of the few places where I could wholeheartedly trust what we were being told by the staff. They explained how to best see Fes and also gave us breakfast even though we were leaving at 6:45am. They also helped arrange a taxi for us at cheap price (20MAD) to get to the bus stop. They also walked us to the taxi stand and carried our luggage. Amazing!!! Would highly recommend!!!
