Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tizwa in Fes! Mereyem, Ayoub, and the entire team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The homemade breakfast was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared each morning. The staff were always happy to help with recommendations, directions, and anything else we needed. We truly appreciated their kindness and personal attention. A lovely and authentic place to stay in Fes!

Liked: Riad Tizwa Fes, is absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated. The Riad is wonderfully calm and welcoming when enter and very comfortable across all of sitting areas. We booked three rooms and all three were so tastefully decorated and differs from each other. All of rooms had ensuites which were spotlessly clean. The location is perfect in a quiet part of Fes and so very close to everything you need. The breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty with perfectly brewed coffee. The staff were so kind and thoughtful and always there to help. The absolute star of Tizwa Fes, is Merieme out host who is the host with most beautiful smile and who makes you so comfortable and relaxed. Nothing is a problem for Merieme who went above and beyond in organising guides, transfers and drivers. I cannot thank Miereme enough for looking after us so well.

Liked: Very quiet property. Location is very close to the souks in the Medina but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. The amenities in the room are great. Mereme was so helpful in booking dinner reservations and providing recommendations for where to shop or sites to see. The breakfast was great!! Mohammed was also very helpful in laying out the map of the Medina and popular spots to check out. A very friendly staff. I also highly recommend if you need to do laundry during your trip to use their services, very cheap and quick
Disliked: If you are a solo traveler and would like to meet people in your Riad, this would not likely be the location to do that at. It was very quiet and guests were very separated. But, as a solo traveler I personally loved the peace and quiet after being in a very social Riad prior

Liked: Absolutely perfect for our three nights in Fes. Merieme was warm, responsive and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and had lovely touches to make our stay more comfortable. The riad itself is beautiful and the rooftop was perfect to get some quiet time away from the buzz of the medina. The location is great, walking distance to everything we wanted to see while being easy to find and access with luggage. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return.
