Fabulous
One of the best hostels
Liked: Very cool and chill vibe. Incredibly friendly people and the breakfast was one of the best we had in the country. Beautiful interior, one can immediately understand why it is considered one of the most beautiful hostels in Africa.
Liked: Its location, breakfast, and staff
Disliked: Payment method. Only in cash and we were not informed correctly. It should be put correctly, only cash accepted
Great Stay, Easily Recommend!
Liked: Staff is super kind and helpful, available to give recommendations and just chat which is a very nice change of pace. They become regular faces you see during your stay and they make you feel at home. Getting to the Riad is also quite simple even with luggage as it is only a couple minute walk from Place Batha, only required 2 turns. The Riad is also in a good location medina wise being within a 10 min walk to the blue gate where there are lots of shops and good simple food choices!
Disliked: Not really a complaint, just a heads up like the rest of Fes and most of Morocco, this is a CASH ONLY facility (including your booking)! Even if you put card information into booking, all it does is reserve your space, not actually pay anything, all fees are expected up front in cash so plan accordingly.
Liked: Pretty much exactly as they told us and great friendly people working there. They also have solo rooms available too
Disliked: It could be cleaned more often but outside of that it was great
Liked: Great vibe and atmosphere. Building is beautiful. Fantastic and friendly staff. Left my passport and they promptly contacted me and organised getting it back.
Liked: Riad in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the Fes medina, in a charming building with beautifully detailed traditional Moroccan architecture. The staff are extremely friendly and always available, welcoming us with tea and making us feel at home from the very first moment. The room was clean and spacious, and the rooftop terrace is a real highlight: perfect for breakfast in the morning and for relaxing in the evening while watching the sunset over the medina. We had a small water leak from the bathroom sink, which was fixed right away by the staff without any inconvenience. Breakfast was plentiful and included, great value for money. Highly recommended riad for anyone wanting to experience the authentic atmosphere of Fes.

With a mix of traditional Moroccan arquitecture, design and modern technology our stunning Riad Hostel is located in the exciting Medina of Fes with easy access for taxis and car parking in a safe neighborhood, close to Batha Fountain. The views from the roof terraces are simply mind blowing and you can see all the way to the Merenid Tombs.
All rooms have reversible AC/ Heating and the wifi is fiber optic and very fast. The Riad is social and busy and predominantly caters for under 40s - the vibe is fun, upbeat and we regularly hold events and activities. Noise carries in the Riad old building so we are not suitable if you are looking for a silent retreat or are a mature family with children.
