Exceptional
Fabulous Riad, fantastic service. We will return for sure!
Liked: Exceptional service, beautiful riad, excellent location, great breakfast. Mohammed kindly waited for us at the train station for over an hour at night because our train was late.
Disliked: The room was more spacious and beautiful than in the pictures. Breakfast delicious and very generous. The riad is gorgeous. The location is perfect at the entrance of the Medina to walk everywhere.
Riad with Wow factor
Liked: Really beautiful Riad accommodation. The building has serious wow factor. Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The breakfast experience was amazing. Location is handy really close to the entrance to the Medina. Very comfortable bed. We were able to park for free only a minute or two walk from the Riad.
Disliked: Our room had a number of maintenance issues needing attention. Nothing that impacted our stay dramatically but was a shame that little details hadn't been covered.
Liked: everything
Great stay in a quiet area
Liked: Very good location in a quiet area, while still being convenient for exploring Fes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good, and we were kindly given a room upgrade on arrival, which was a nice touch.
A lovely riad with great staff
Liked: Ibrahim, the main staff member who helped us, was wonderful; he went above and beyond. The riad itself was gorgeous, very clean, nice pool. Breakfast was generous and very good quality. Highly recommend.
Liked: Atmospheric, stylishly decorated hotel nearby old town. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated room. Helpful staff. Parking close the hotel. It’s very good location to visite Fez.
